Happy New Year! OK, so we’re almost a month behind in welcoming you to 2012. That’s because we’ve been hard at work on a new print issue!

We’re moving from a quarterly schedule to a twice-yearly schedule, and we hope to have the latest print issue wrapped up this spring. Design-wise, it’s going to be completely different than any previous issue. (Probably a new size too!) We’ll be including work that’s been published on the web over the past few months, so you’ll be able to have all of our recent stories in a nice handheld bundle.

If you’re a regular visitor to Stumble, you may have noticed that we did a little redecorating. We did this for a couple of reasons: we want to showcase photography in the most beautiful way possible; and, we want to start publishing more work on the web.

We’ve been cranking out a print issue on a regular-ish basis for the past two years, and we’ve always published our work online, but never in a way that allowed for each story to stand on its own. With the new design, we’re hoping to make the reading experience easier and more enjoyable, as well as allow our writers to claim a little space of their own on the web.

Going forward, we’ll bring you new web content on a weekly basis, and we’ll continue putting together a bi-annual print issue. The print issue will be comprised of our favorites from any given period.
